Shout out to Monro in East Aurora!
I pulled into a farm stand with appropriate tire pressure (32 lbs) today. When I left, my low tire pressure light came on right away. The pressure had already dropped to 23 lbs. I managed to pick up a nail. ?♀️
Made it to Monro (not on my rim, thankfully!) a half hour before they closed.
The guys were very nice, checked out the car, plugged the tire, and got my car set in twenty minutes for under $50.
They were terrific today, especially Charles! Grateful for them!

The team at the EA Monroe was fantastic. They worked with my warranty provider for recently purchased carvana vehicle to get as much covered as possible - with success! Then made the repairs very quickly - communication was very good. Thank you!

Went in for state inspection witch my truck failed due to loose steering so they claim they wanted me to pay 200 dollars for a diagnostic and for them to tear apart me dash that I don't need I took my vehicle else were and my truck past inspection. Shame on them they soak people for things that they don't need very disappointing

Won't go back. Went for 10 day inspection. Got list of parts that aren't even bad. They just want your money and don't know their jobs. I don't recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for a New York State inspection. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, and they told me it would be a two-hour wait. They have no respect for the customer's time. What is the purpose of an appointment if you expect a customer to sit there for hours? I wasted 35 minutes driving there. Monroe should call the customers if the wait time is too long.

My 2016 Acura MDX Advance passenger front tire was puncherd from hitting a pothole on the highway coming from Canada. Luckily, Monro Auto Shop was not too far and was able to drive to the shop. Charlie and Mechanic were extremely helpful and great support to fix the tire. We safely returned to home NYC.

Integrity, professionalism and general customer service is a big issue here. My car was damaged while in their care, I asked to speak with a manager who refused my request, submitted a claim with photos showing the damage and evidence that it occurred at their shop and still have yet to hear back from managent or a corporate representative.

Great that they’re open on weekends! Dishonest, though.
I brought a one month old tire with a small hole. They tried to claim the tire was too old and worn to be patched and would need to be replaced.

It would be noteworthy to know the mechanical condition of your car before you have work done at the E.Aurora Monroe Muffler location.
