I love the service and the many options they offer for almost everything. I have always had a great experience.I've purchased my Napoleon 500 grill and my Traeger 885 Ironwood. Both products are great.What has made the bulk of the difference is the service. Everyone is happy to help and not in a weird overbearing way like value down the streetI would like to give a shout out to Jen the manager for always going above and beyond.Thanks guys!! Glad you're in town!

Very organized store that stocks very good products. This was very needed for the East Aurora area. The staff is very nice, and always go above and beyond! Great people, great hardware selection and tools & more.

Mannys Ace Hardware is a great place to go if you can't find what you're looking for. Between their selection of name brand tools and their friendly staff, I can usually find everything I need.

Sara was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike delivered the snow blower to my home at the time promised. I highly recommend this Ace hardware store for all your hardware needs.

I went into today with my daughter needing to pick up several items. Normally when you walk in your greeted by the cashier on duty which didn’t happen though the gentleman who came behind us was greeted.No big deal maybe the young man didn’t notice us. While waiting to check out another gentleman came through the door and was greeted by the cashier. The gentleman in front of us had a conversation with the cashier and was told to have a great night.When we put our items down there was no greeting, no asking if we found everything or if we our an ACE reward member which I am.We paid for our items, I thanked the cashier and told him to have a good night. Nothing but he did talk to the man behind us.I’ve never been to a store where a cashier clearly didn’t like women and made it clear he had an issue with it.If you need to go to a hardware store I’d recommend shopping local at Valu Home Center.
