First time i met Maria in 2021 for tax filling, it was really nice to work with her and her expertise helped me lot. Maria does not hesitate to seek guidance from others from HR Block team for complex questions. My case I was moving between states and finally moved out of country, i always find Maria as my go to person if i need any help/advise related to US tax. Glad i met her and able to utilize her expertise.

This is the 3rd year in a row I've been to the H&R Block East Aurora location for my taxes and it's always a pleasure! My "Tax Professional" Dee (Dorothy Krasnicki) is always a real peach to work with and on top of being knowledgeable about her job and extremely helpful, she keeps the experience rather fun with interesting conversation and witty banter sprinkled in throughout the process. Over the the last (3) years of getting my taxes done here it's become less like a yearly chore with a stranger and more like a yearly errand while visiting a friend. Dee is a big part of that, but I have to say everyone at this location from what I've experienced is hard working and dedication to getting the job done correctly while also being full of personality to say the least! As far as I'm concerned I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and getting the same experience, and I would definitely recommend working with this location and the wonderful people who staff it for your tax needs.

Simply could not get a thing done with this company... after stopping in and setting an appointment, links sent to me did not work, new links sent did not work, whoever answered my calls (different people each time) must have never relayed my messages, no one returned emails, calls or messages. Unfortunately, at this level of professionalism, I would not trust them with my tax info.

Much much better than Turbo Tax. It was great to sit with a local person who understood the tax codes. My taxes were done rather quickly as well. Wendi was my tax person and I plan on having her do my taxes in the future

Expensive . Prob can go to any tax person for cheaper and charged me twice .computer system sucked
