I needed a full brake replacement for normal wear and tear, and everyone there was super nice and very accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up at the end of the day. With a coupon, they were able to get me a discount on the price as well. I've brought my cars to this Goodyear for many years, and will continue to do so.

Brought my car in for inspection and it passed but Tim recommended some tires for me since my current ones were low on tread. He helped me get a great deal and had me back on the road super quick. Thank You!!

Had them mount two new summers and two half-life summers. I figured they would know to put the new in the front, they put them in the rear. Had them also do an alignment, the alignment was good and drives straight. I would have preferred the new tires upfront, my fault for not specifying. Requested old tires be placed In the back seat in bags, were not placed in bags and ended up with tire goo on my back seats. They also left the plastic seat cover in the car. Tire pressures not set correct either, all tires sat between 32-35 psi. This is poor service and a lack of professionalism. The end of shift service advisor, very polite and professional. Early afternoon, couldn’t care less. Sadly I will not be returning and advise others to find another shop unless it’s your only option.

My 16 year old daughter went to get her wheels alignment and her car inspected. They tried ripping her off saying she needed work that she didn't need (we know what she needed because her father worked on cars for 20+ years and her brother works on them too, her car also just had all this work done to it before she went). They also scratched her inspection sticker off and when we refused to get the work done there that they claim she needed they just stuck the sticker back in the window (if she would of gotten pulled over and a ticket I would have really been mad!!). Do not go here!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. It's not right to rip people off because you think they don't know what they're talking about. Obviously you don't know who a person knows and who they can call to check they're not getting ripped off like they tried!

I had an issue with my tire on my way to work, so I took it to Goodyear in East Aurora. Pauline got me right in without an appointment. I also needed an oil change and James said they could do it right then. They were so helpful and fast. Thank you!

I rolled into East Aurora on a Friday night when the brake line on my front axle went out. I had to be out of town Monday afternoon when the memorial day weekend was over but nearly every shop was closed.
I called into this shop Saturday morning and they were open, no appointment necessary, and told me if the issue wasn't too much they could have me out by the end of the day.
Even after my car got there at noon, they got it on the lift and communicated with me about what was going on. Even after another issue came up, they kept me in the know and my car was ready to go before closing time. This shop saved me a massive headache and I absolutely appreciate it.

Pro tip - if you are thinking about changing tires before a long trip, do it! We knew our tires were on the way out but figured we would be able to make it one last longer trip. Driving back from Canada to US when we popped a tire, no spare to put on. Quick look around we found this place about 5 miles away. We gave them a call and Tim was super friendly and helpful. Confirmed that they had tire we needed and would be able to swap it out straight away. We used our AAA membership to tow us to the shop. Both Tim and Pauline were very friendly, courteous and professional. Couldn't have been happier with the service and speed. Had us back on the road in a few hours for a very reasonable price. We even ended up getting 2 tires replaced in total because we had another one that was on its way out. Thank you Goodyear team!!!
