Great resource for diet and nutrition-based products. The owner Diane is a wellspring of alternative health knowledge - kind of a mix of old world practical advice and contemporary nutritional knowledge. She has a quick answer for any health related concern where you might be considering surgery or pharmaceuticals, she can recommend suppliments etc that could prevent invasive procedures . Also they have a great little deli with delicious pita sandwiches, etc .

This is this only place that carrys a fabulous lotion I've been buying for like 15yrs +......7 wonders lotion. I used to get it at Feel Rite stores but they stopped carrying it and I cdnt find it online. UGH ?

This little store is an East Aurora treasure! The owner is very knowledgeable about health. A suggested product from her lowered my cholesterol for the first time in my life. The employees here are long term, friendly and competent which is unusual for such a small business today. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable for quality supplements, food and products. It is a fairly small store or it would have gotten an easy 5 star rating from me.
