We looked at 5 properties in March 2024 with Chris and he could sense right away which home was the right one for us and did not try to steer us towards others. He was extremely helpful, always available (responding to texts right away), and a pleasure to work with. We are very grateful to Chris (we love our condo), and highly recommend him.

Absolutely impressed with his knowledge of the entire process. Extremely helpful and always considered our well being the entire time. We are so extremely happy and thankful he decided to leave a quick little note for the owners, letting them know how much we loved the house and would continue taking care of it the same way, because it was perfect! That little note was the reason we ended up winning the bid for the house. We both felt so comfortable with him from start to finish, just like we were friends forever. He genuinely cared about us and our needs and that showed through in everything he did.

Christoper Welch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time home seller, I was apprehensive about the home selling process, but after our initial meeting he really helped ease my mind with the entire process. Chris came prepared with other comps and his gameplan to sell the house.During the selling process he was very responsive, and kept me informed of every update along the way.
