“Had a windshield replaced on my minivan weveral weeks ago. Promptly started work at time of appointment. The job took about 1hr as originally quoted. Covered both fenders while working. Vacuumed all dirt off dashboard after removing cracked windshield. Van was cleaner when I left than when I brought it in. Coordinated all paperwork with my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was sign the paperwork. Would highly recommend Expert auto glass.”
“Nice people working here, had a mix up with appointments not on my end and was still in and out on time. Minimal overspray & minimal oil in vehicle after rust proofing. Hard not to get some in places unintended. Will continue to come here yearly.”

“When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be two to three hours for the windshield replacement. It turned out they were right. I waited three hours. While waiting there I heard several people (also waiting) talk about there past terrible experience at Safelite including long waits; misaligned glass; black goo on the dash,headliner, and glass.
My experience was just as expected and just as I was told by the service desk attendee. A long wait but I did not experience any problems.”
