“Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“Spent a long time, looking for a mechanic that I can trust. One call to Alexander and they have my business for life. I called for a quote on steering issues I had. I had two quotes done With other mechanics and the work was going to cost somewhere in the $1600 range. Alexander called me back and informed me there was a warranty part through the auto manufacturer and to get that worked done first for free before I spend a lot of money fixing something I might not need to fix. Not only did the other mechanics tell me to fix the wrong part, but it would’ve cost me a lot of money doing it. Alexander saved me a lot of money in a time where we all need a few extra bucks. “Brian was great and so was the Staff at East Aurora however the scheduling of the appointment was frustrating. Called to schedule appt and you get transferred to a central number. My husband called and told them it was for a 2020 Buick. Parts had to be ordered and it was for a claim. Gave them the claim number and was told it would be a week for parts to come. No problem. When we were called to confirm the appt they said the parts were in for the 2015 Buick. Called to parts directly to find out what was going on. Told them it was for a 2020 not 2015 Buick. Was told the part we needed was in stock when we called. I think a few questions need to be asked when scheduling spots especially when they were told it was for a 2030 Buick ?”
