My wife and I, have bad backs. In just a few days after purchasing a mattress from Joshu , are back pain disappeared!! Joshua was great and helped us pick a mattress, that was best for us. Priced was very reasonable. Would highly recommend consulting with Joshua, when buying your mattress. So excited waking up every morning without back pain.

It's a really great place. It is brand new and really nice. They have a whole bunch of mattresses to choose from and they greet you right when you walk in and find you a mattress that suits your needs

I've had good experiences at other Xtreme Discount stores. But here the salesperson refused to listen, and he kept pushing mattresses that weren't suitable for my needs. They were very aggressive and tried to give me a hard sell. I won't be back.

Went looking for a bed the guy Tom in Batavia gave me a price of $899.. Than two days later I went back for the same bed. He told me that the price would be around 1400. He said he never gave me the price of $899. My husband was with me and said he did. I will never go back. Got to watch this place.

Went to E Amherst location on 12/16 and the Salesman (a tall dark haired man) was extremely condescending. We told him we just bought a Nectar hybrid mattress and just needed a boxspring as platform bed slats were too far apart per recommendation. Through the whole visit he kept saying Nectar is a cheap mattress, we have hybrids that are far superior, what did you pay for it, $700? Insinuating it was cheap (we actually paid $1500). And just continued to talk down to us. We turned around and walked out and bought one at Raymour who was extremely accommodating and had great customer service.Disappointed in Xtreme since we did buy a king mattress and boxspring from them 4 years ago! Will not be back!
