  Citizens bank in general is rather underwhelming but this location is by far the worst. They constantly make errors and provide terrible customer service.

  Worst customer service ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. Bank manager never returned my call. Customer service hung up on me. 3 month long program and still not resolved. Can't be bothered to fix an error they created. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!
