I went in to get a passport photo, I was greeted as soon I walked in the store, asked what I needed and Dawson took two photos, let me check to see which one I liked best. I only had to wait a few minutes, did some shopping, and Dawson checked me out. Great customer service.

Alex in the pharmacy was awesome. My medication wasn't in stock, but he was the only one, out of 5 other walgreens that I called, who looked up other walgreens that did have stock.

They seem to be overwhelmed here. Slow to get prescriptions filled, vaccine appointments never done timely. Everyone is polite, but I think they need more trained staff on duty.

Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. I called for a prescription refill at 11:11. I was told it would be ready in an hour. I went to pick it up at 1pm. They said there was an issue and they couldn't refill it because they filled it wrong last time, giving me an ointment instead of a cream. Ok, so fill it as a cream. The said they needed to get clarification from the doctor... on a Sunday. They need clarification for their own mistake? Or they didn't document the change? Either way it is their fault that I now do not have the medication I need and will suffer because of it. (Eczema ointment-- I was hoping to catch it early, but now I will probably have open sores on my hands tomorrow that could totally have been avoided). Did they call me to tell me there was a problem before I came to pick it up? No. If I could give zero stars I would. If they are incompetent with a simple prescription like this how could you trust them with anything, let alone something more serious?!

Sol Estrada - pharmacist was extremely helpful. I had to take vaccines for travel. They dont have then but she did an extra mile of service by calling urgent care, and travel clinicsfor me. She gave me a place to get it done. Extremely delighted with the way she handled my need. I took her permission to post this review with her name on it. She was glad and wished me well.

Just dealt with a Madison in the pharmacy department. The worst customer service person. Was not helpful in any way.

Every time I have been to this location they have been nothing short of fantastic. Recently I needed a flu shot last minute for work. They were able to get me in short notice and were extremely accommodating. The pharmacy staff is amazing and extremely helpful.
