Every time I have been to this location they have been nothing short of fantastic. Recently I needed a flu shot last minute for work. They were able to get me in short notice and were extremely accommodating. The pharmacy staff is amazing and extremely helpful.

I was in here a few hours ago. I walked up to the counter to pay for my items and there was two little teenybopper girls and a manager that was training the one new girl at the registers. I put my phone number in for my rewards. Mind you i've had the same phone number since Summer 2017 and I use my Walgreens Rewards all the time. When I put my number in today, the name showed up as Samuel and I said my name's not Samuel and they "accused me" of using someone else's phone number and trying to use someone else's account. Then they asked me if I had a different phone number and I said i've had the same number for the past four years. Then they accused me of putting someone named Samuel on my account and I said I don't know who the hell Samuel is and I don't know any Sam's. The manager was standing there trying to argue with me about it. They never bothered giving me the mocha kitkat for the 88cents that it was supposed to be, they charged me the full $1.39 for it which was ridiculous. It's literally half the size of a regular kitkat which is way overpriced. I will never go in this Walgreens again. I even have the app on my phone with Walgreen's Rewards with my name, address, phone number and I have my debit card linked to it. So I don't know what the hell this store's problem is?

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Twice I've have tried the order online and curbside pickup at this location. First time I called the store after doing all the correct texting and waiting 15 minutes. I felt like I was doing something wrong by asking them to bring out my order. Today I tried the service again. After 20 minutes I went in and they were surprised when they looked at their order device that I had been waiting 22 minutes. Then to top it all off only half of my order had been filled so the $10 off of $30 coupon discount wasn't applied to my order. The items missing from my order were sitting on the shelf. Walgreens APP showed 6 on hand. When I ask them to add it to my order and provide the discount the manager "D" wouldn't/couldn't. I'm supposed to call corporate and sit on hold for ever to get my coupon back. This is not customer friendly service. I've used curbside pickup at other Walgreens with much better success. 0/2 at this location. I suggest they need to work on the process and management. In general when going to this location the check out line is also backed up and the cashiers tend to be very slow.

I have been using the pharmacy since August 2019. Never a problem. Always helpful. Scripts filled on time. Flu shots done easily. Drive thru is super efficient. Very happy.

I go here out of location convenience, and the drive thru option. Just expect to never have your scripts ready!!!! Every time is "oh we just got the order" - BS - my order was placed 2days. And make sure all your scripts have been filled. A pharmacist who is no longer at this location made a decision not to fill one of my scripts, because they thought it was cheaper otc. Which would have been nice if 1. I was told before leaving,and then discovering in my bag it was missing 2. It was not cheaper. It was actually more. So that failed. I have since returned after the Person has left. They are under staffed and always busy as it is a prime location. I get it. It would be nice to just have my script ready for once instead of come back in 15-20 mins. Inside is usually slow. Maybe 1 person working the register and this poor man is slow as molasses. Other than that, nothing really special about this location. It is kept pretty tidy.

This pharmacy does NOT follow HIPPA privacy laws. I picked up several prescriptions today and the clerk allowed an obnoxious woman to walk right up beside me and start asking questions while I was picking up prescriptions. Not only is this rude, but it is a violation of Federal Law to have someone watching my private prescriptions. The clerk should have politely asked the woman to wait respectfully behind me. Most stores have a line and a sign posted so that the next person in line will wait 8 feet back so they are not violating my privacy. I will find a new drugstore, and so should you.

This Walgreen's is not bad, but it's not the most convenient to drive in and out of. :( In terms of size, they are quite big, with a photo center and pharmacy in the back (that has a drive-thru pick up), but every time I go, it seems like they are understaffed. I had to wait in line for a couple minutes because there was ONE employee managing the photo center, cashier, and organizing/stocking items. Also, one of the DIY-photo print machines did not read iPhones (tried both my husband and mine), and the other machine was occupied, so ended up not being able to print any of our photos. In general, the employees here have been nice... everything's just slow here!
