Should have known by the simple ad with lack of information posted by Jennifer that this place wouldn’t be great. Called and talked to her, not sure if she’s the receptionist or sales person but she shouldn't be either of those things. The customer service skills are lacking big time…. With the attitude she had from the very start of the conversation, I was told that she needs to check with her boss on a trade in because he only takes certain cars and isn’t open to a lot of trades so she’d check with him and call me back. What legit dealership “doesn't usually do trades”? This was days ago and still no call. Briefly answered my questions and wasn’t eager to please at all (I was looking for remote start and it wasn’t even mentioned it’s a service they offer or could put it on etc. just “no it doesn’t have that” and we ended the convo).
I’m a very easy going person and usually avoid writing bad reviews on places, but when it comes to spending almost $30,000 others should know to beware or to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Glad I figured this out before doing business with them. I can understand why they have 3.7 out of 5 stars.

Vehicle: 2006 Porsche Carrera 4S Cabriolet. Excelente service and knowledgable staff. They understand this complex vehicle. I have trusted them with all my vehicle basic service and complex maintenance needs for the past 7 years and have never had a negative experience. Highly recommended.

I have a 2014 Lamborghini gallardo lp560-4 and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service but here, Matt my technician was super knowledgeable about the LP platform and gave me the confidence that he knew the car in and out, he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of the decent size service list that was needed and they executed! I took my Mercedes 2019 S Class here recently after having some bad experiences with other mechanics and hearing what amazing work they do. I have to say I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Matt and James was very on point with keeping me in the loop with what they were doing with my car the entire time they had it and fixed everything in a timely manner. Jeff the owner is such a nice guy and very personable. The receptionist Jennifer was very nice communicating with me. I’ll definitely tell people to come here because they truly care about their customers and it shows!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a routine brake change for my European vehicle, but left with immediate issues. Had to take it back to the porsche dealership for assessment of damages and found out that they have caused 800 in damages in regards to my brake system. This establishment was suppose to call me back to resolve but never received a response back. I confidently give them a 1 star for now until a reasonable resolution is met. Theyre nice people, but this happening is not cool.Service: Brakes
