I frequent this Verizon store often not only because it’s in the neighborhood, but because the service is OUTSTANDING! Today I was in there on two separate occasions switching from an Android to an iPhone. The technical assistance I received from James & then Drew was outstanding. They spent so much time with me, transferring all of the data & patiently walking me through everything. Thank you guys!!

What an amazing store this is, exceptional seems inadequate. The overwhelmingly 5 star reviews from over 600 happy customers give assurance you will be fairly treated here. Which is quite astonishing when you consider that some people cannot be pleased no matter what.My wife and I came here because our phones were having connection difficulties and the carrier was no help. So we decided we'd check out this store with the amazing reviews and they were right! Amanda took care of us and she has no peers, a truly remarkable young lady. We left the store with new iPhones and Fios for super fast internet that competitors could not match, either in performance or price.Please do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for anything concerning phone or internet and you want to be treated with kindness, respect and honesty, just visit this store. They'll take very good care of you too will be very glad you took the reviews advice. Honestly, you can't go wrong. Good luck.

James Watson was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He did not stop until he felt Iwas comfortable with my new phone and iPad. I am so happy that I switched to Verizon and found James.

Walk into Verizon store at Transit East Amherst yesterday. James Watson sales rep was helping me to port 5 lines from Cricket. He was extremely thorough with the products and plan. He was on the phone to port numbers over and find ways to save me money and offer good advise. I was extremely satisfied with my shopping extreme at the store and thank you James for his help. I was able to save quit a bit of money with added on saving with my Fios Internet.

I want to thank TiQuan. He helped my wife concerning her most recent purchase she made online for a new phone. Her phone was lost in transit and she was getting the run around by both Verizon and UPS. In a matter of 30 minutes he was able to cancel and reorder another phone. Was incredibly friendly and easy to work with!

I went there to move 4 cell phone lines to Verizon. One day later I ended up with a first bill of $335. It is crazy. I went there for the deal of $25 per line for Fios customers and I am billed about $200 more than expected and due in 2 weeks! And the explanation is funny: This place is just an authorized reseller adding extras for profit. It is a shame for Verizon

Tiquan was very helpful and informative with the information he provided me. I think all sales reps should take notes on the way Tiquan communicates and actually takes his time explaining all the info to his customers with what’s to be expected from monthly payments to out the store cost the day of purchase.

Tiquan helped me make my switch from T-Mobile over to Version. He made the transition easy and pleasant! I would encourage everyone who is thinking of going to version to meet with this employee. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommended

My visits to the this Verizon location have always been a great experience. I am always greeted by very eager sales professionals. During my past few visits I have requested to work with Tiquan. Tiquan has always been very helpful and extremely patient with me and my issues. When I came in to upgrade to the iPhone 14 I mentioned that I wanted to get a watch for my fiancé. Tiquan informed me of the recent promotion and was able to get the watch in time for Christmas which I was truly grateful for. My fiancé was very excited about her gift.
