I just wanted to come on and say this is the best post office in Buffalo! Brian is one of the most kind, helpful employees in the entire world! Made my shipping experience so easy and fast, was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Most employees just rush you out and barely speak and he had such a nice great convo while helping me with all my problems. #LockedIn with Brian! LETS GOOOO!!!

Just went in to get my passport renewed, old tall lady with blonde hair in the front said I needed my old passport, but it was issued before I was 16 and had expired for over 5 years, so I need to use my birth certificate, which I had. She said she couldn't do it and wouldn't accept it. She didn't even bother double checking the rules when I tried to explain it to her. I recommend getting employees who aren't lazy and just trying to shoo you out of the office.

From now on when I go to the post office I am going to this one. The staff was so nice. Her name was Debbie and she was so informative and told me I didn't need to buy a bag for my package because it was priority mail and well I just felt like she was so helpful! I had brought tape which I've purchased before for packages for this same situation and came prepared to buy a bag as this is what I have always done in the past and no one has ever told me otherwise. Also makes me feel good knowing there is someone out there speaking up to inform customers! Thank you again!

The people here are so very friendly, and it is easy to get in and out of quickly. Parking around the area is terrific.

Staff makes you wait an hour for passport processing, only to receive in the mail that your passport pictures and renewal were unsuccessful.

Staff is lack of knowledge on passport process which resulted in terrible delay. Make sure you do research on government website and don’t rely on the staff here.
