The selection is diverse, catering to a variety of styles and tastes. Whether you're looking for a classic Chanel piece or a quirky 70s dress, you're likely to find it here. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to browse through the clothes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find the perfect piece.”
“I love the atmosphere of this store the owner is always singing and always has gospel music on which is pleasant and nice to listen to while shopping i have found some great deals there on some days and not on others that is what thrifting is all about keep up the good work all the coworkers are very friendly and outgoing”
“Always find something good, likea nice article of clothing, most recently a Van Husen short-sleeve blue shirt. Last night it was the Union Rd store and I found the first season of Glee, and the movie Breakthrough, each $1.99.
I enjoy rounding up for Veterans at Goodwills, and I love knowing they support a huge industry helping others. Brilliant stuff.”
“As a person who believes in repurpising and recycling, I'm a huge thrifter. I do not get to Sakvation Army much because this being the closest, it's about a half hour away. Wish there was one closer. I did get some deals on hardliners and stuff, but I didn't have time to go through most clothes. I did look at the infants and thought they were expensive.”
“Great selection and pricing! I appreciate how they lay out their home goods and tchotchki's. Huge selection of men's, women's, and childrens clothing at this location. The staff is super friendly here and goes out of their way to help load items in, when needed.”
“I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to the people who work at the goodwill donation center on union rd for finding and ensuring the return of a family heirloom ( money ) to me and my family. It makes me feel better that there's very honest people who truly care about ensuring that items weren't intended to be donated to get back to the rightful owners. Thank You from the bottom of my heart”

“This is the go to place for thrifting! Every Wednesday the sale colors change. Two of the colors are 50% off and one color is $0.99 regardless of original price. The prices usually start around $1-4 per item for childrens, $4-8 for adults, and cheap books and dvds. Goodwill and Savers have gotten too expensive and rarely have sale color items so if money is tight, Salvation army is the place to go.”

“I treasure the William Street Goodwill.....the "mother ship" of the WNY Goodwill fleet of stores.I find the William Street store to be spotlessly clean and well organized with a varied selection of new and vintage items. I always find very unusual ( and frequently high-end) items that are always in perfect condition and working order. The staff is helpful and always friendly and the prices are always fair. This is probanly the smallest of the WNY Goodwill stores, but it strikes me as being a truely special "jewel", being in perfect order and with consistent quality merchandise. I compliment the stores management in their ability to maintain high standards of merchandise and an excellent staff.”

“I like their suit collection.
About Super Savers/Value Village: This is a for-profit enterprise. Your purchases don't help participating charities, your donations do ... but for those charities, it's free without having to have their own donation and sales infrastructure, so they are happy with the arrangement.
Unlike other true nonprofit thrift stores, they are not a work program for disabled people.
On the other hand, they have a great selection, a neat store and competent staff.”
“The nicest Goodwill of WNY ( and I’ve shopped at ALL of them!) The workers were so pleasant and helpful. It’s like shopping with friends. The other locations should be trained here, they are doing it right?”
“It was my first time in this store. The person with whom I was traveling and I expressed an interest in this store. The vast majority of the merchandise is of children's clothes, and more like a thrifts store, although I sid make a quick browse. I happily found a book with a felt black cat on the cover, and I was very happy to buy it. I believe there are a few Finders Keepers stores.”
“Great unique antique store , so many nice pieces to choose from it was overwhelming when I visited for the first time but there was so many different things to look at .”
