I am grateful every single day for going to Thomas Turtle on Payne Ave in North Tonawanda.. I thought I just needed new contacts, so I made an appointment, they got me an appointment 20 minutes after I called! I went to my appointment...and that's when my whole life changed! I want to thank the kind man who fixed my glasses in a few minutes while I waited. I appreciate the hospitality. I am new to wearing glasses and I guess I am pretty hard on them. On more than one occasion I have popped in and I have been treated to excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you again!!!
