This gym, is clean, and a little jem located in the back of a plaza off Transit Rd, behind Pita Gourmet in East Amherst.I discovered this gym, in my search for places that offered drop in spin classes. Spin classes are offered 6AM Tuesday & 6AM Thursday , I believe 5: 30 pm on Tuesday evening as well. The classes are affordable with a low cost of $10, the class size is low, probably since its so early in the morning. Melissa is amazing, and didn't mind taking the extra few minutes to show me how to use the bike, and how everything worked. I love the option of not having a commitment to join the gym, and just being able to drop in for spin classes, as needed. They will help with endurance, skill and building myself up for the Ride for Roswell on June 24, 2023.

All pros. This is a super nice gym with new or well kept equipment and chill clients. The front desk staff is wonderful too—they are always cleaning and super nice when anyone comes in. If you are looking to get strong and fit, I recommend this place.

Gym has all the equipment needed to provide a good workout for all the muscle groups and is also very clean. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into shape. Everyone at Synergy is extremely positive and very motivating. You won’t be disappointed joining here.

Joined for the summer because I needed a place to workout. I’ve never had a bad experience here: the staff is super friendly, and the gym environment is amazing. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Greg is a great trainer and owner operator. Angela keeps the place amazing and their entire staff is Amazing. The best guy in WNY. Not over crowded and very clean.

It's a family oriented Fitness center. The trainer's are great, very informative, and efficient. They gym has everything you need to get a great workout in. Very clean, and safe. Sanitizing stations throughout, and plexi around each station allow everyone to stay apart, and feel safe. My son and I love it there. You have to check em out.

Exceptional in every regard. I’m not normally one to write reviews but I joined Synergy in Dec 2020 after years of using LA Fitness and the staff, facility, and experience is top notch. It can be hard and nerve wrecking to workout out in the era of COVID but safety at Synergy is a #1 priority. Some gyms say the have “polices” in place but synergy was the only gym that I truly felt safe working out at. Mask wearing has always been fantastic and their long hours mean the gym is never crowded. The staff isn’t just there to swipe you in but make an concerted effort to greet and welcome you. The owners, Angela and Greg, both clearly value each and every customer as a member of the community and not just another $. I’ve also been blown away by the depth and diversity of the personal training staff as I’ve seen them work with individual from all walks of life. The equipment at Synergy is all top of the line and always works flawlessly. They have everything you could possibly want and spacing between the stations to feel safe using it. If you’ve been looking for a reason to switch gyms or join one for the first time this is for you! I can definitively say I'm hooked!
