Booked an appointment on phone for 10:30 am instead of 10 am. But I was forced to leave the salon as Maddy was telling me that I booked for 10 am. Her behavior has been unprofessional in the past as well. She didn’t give a good cut to my 7 year old kid. My kid received a cut in the earlobe too. She is quite a racist to brown people. Fortunately, explored another salon nearby . I WILL NEVER VISIT this SALON again.

Amandah was my stylist. Ive been seeing her since i moved to buffalo 3 years ago and she has done a fantastic job every time. she has cut and colored my hair and has done an incredible job. her energy is absolutely fantastic you cant help but smile and have a laugh around her. she shows pride in her craft and has shown more excitement than me sometimes. all in all she is exceptional at what she does.

In the middle of the day, I all a sudden felt I had to have a trim on my hair, so I started looking. This Supercut happened to have some good reviews and is close to my house. This is in the Tops Plaza at the corner of Transit and French. I checked in online, picked the time, service and the stylist. I arrived about 15 minutes early. They weren't busy, only one other customer. Alexis greeted me, introduced herself, asked about what I needed. She sprayed my hair wet, trimmed off the bottom, blow-dried my hair. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. This was quick and easy, took care of what I need. I would recommend this place.

I have been to several salons and I have to say Alexis is by far the best!!!! She is so talented and knows exactly how to do it all!! Customer service is unlike any other!!! Try her out she is amazing my color has never been on point until her!!!

I don't know what it is about this particular location, but they have the best stylists and are always so friendly and accommodating. I always go to this salon just for that reason. And there's one much closer to where I live.

I just got back from having the best haircut that I've ever had. I highly recommend going to Supercuts on transit Road in East Amherst. Request Amandah with an H. She talk to me and asked me about my holiday gifts. She also made me feel really comfortable and welcoming. - Miguel age 11

I have going to Supercuts for over a year with ALEXIS and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and has recommended styling that is right for my very thick and natural curly hair. She goes above and beyond every appointment I have had with her. You will not be disappointed. :)Services: Haircut

The hairdresser was nice understood exactly what I wanted. I got layers she also recommended few products for my dry hair. And she blew dried my hair after give me a cut.

I have been going to this salon for three years, got a good haircut (both me and my daughter) and liked the service and cut. However, recently they have changed significantly and not for the better. A couple weeks ago I made an appointment, the called to change the date and time and was told I was 'all set' with my preferred stylist, Amandah. I showed up EARLY and was told that I had someone else in front of me and it will be at least 30 minutes. I left because I had an appointment but apparently they had double booked? I was not given an explanation. Today, I had an appointment, and when I made it online it told me I would have to wait for a few minutes. I showed up about 8 minutes late (10:45am appt showed up at 10:53 am) and was told that there was an 11am appointment so I would have to reschedule. I only needed a quick trim, for a DMV appointment at noon. Amandah told me 'we cannot because we are only allowed 15 minutes per appointment.' What???? NEVER have I heard this from them. Yes, I got mad and was told that she was going to give me a different stylist to do my trim, but because of my 'attitude' I should leave, and I stormed out vowing never to return. BTW - the salon was EMPTY except for one patron waiting. The good customer service and communication in this salon is gone. And so am I. They are not that great anyway, they are cheap and any mistakes can be fixed, but there are too many good places that yes you may pay a little more, but at least you can get some customer service and care!

Another fabulous haircut by Amandah, she does a great job. Very focused on detail and very caring. My only concern is they are given 15 minutes for each guest, how is that even possible. Due to this impossible time frame to no fault of her own she tends to fall behind, have witnessed people walk out because of the delay. Someone needs to seriously reconsider this time factor.

I get my haircut and highlights at Supercuts. I have tried the very expensive salons in Williamsville and East Amherst, and I feel super cuts did a better job without those outrageous prices. My husband just had his haircut at Supercuts and it looks great. We either go to the Supercuts on Transit Road in Amherst(Tops Plaza) or the Supercuts in Lockport in the Tops Plaza. The staff at both locations are awesome.
