“Deliver itself was good - the guys who came were friendly, called ahead, etc. However, when my original delivery was cancelled (probably due to a winter storm delay), I couldn't see how to reschedule on the website I was sent in a text until I opened it on a PC (vs on my phone) and the only dates were 10 days out. I did get a call (from a Utah number) though and was able to reschedule much sooner - just two days late.”

“My experience at the Broadway, Depew location was very pleasant. My wait time was under 2 minutes. The store was very neat & inviting.
Steven, the gentleman that assisted me in shipping my package was so friendly & helpful. I needed to ship a package to a friend who lives in a high rise out of state & without a secure mailroom. I needed an alternate way for the package to get to them.
Steven explained everything, answered my questions & went above & beyond to contact the out of state receiving location to alert them that the package will be coming to them for my friend to pick it up there.

“If you need to have your fingerprints taken, THIS is the place to go. I was in and out in like three minutes, and the requesting federal agency approved my background investigation by the time I got home. Register at fieldprint.com and schedule your appointment.
Do NOT waste your time and money by going to the USPS—or any other place that has a “Five-0 Integrated Biometrics” scanner.
Shipping HQ has a greenish/glass fingerprint scanner that is light years better.”

“Went in for passports today, got through two appointments in about 10 minutes. Our pictures from Walgreens were no good, so they retook them, explained all the fees and assembled everything for us very quickly. Was much easier than expected.”
“I went in to the Getzville Post Office last month to get a passport picture taken and send my completed application. They couldn't have been more helpful. They saw that I had signed the application in blue ink instead of black and gave me a new form. They took multiple pictures and included more than one with the application to be sure that at least one was acceptable. They had pre-addressed envelopes.
I explained that I needed it in about ten weeks and they told me that I didn't need to pay extra to expedite it. I received my new passport in 17 DAYS. Thanks for the help!”
“Whenever I go here for a return, the blonde woman who works there is so pleasant, organized, prompt and kind. What a great employee, she always brightens my day. Especially when returning things that don't work- already a little aggravated from unrelated incompetence. She is a peach. “Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.”
“Today I received an early Christmas gift from the USPS on Como Park blvd. I want to thank a gentleman named Gary who sorted though a truck load of pkgs to find my package. It was medicine that my cat desperately needed but was delayed at the shippers point, due to their incompetence. I was supposed to have this med by Tuesday the latest and here it is Thursday with a delivery date of Friday afternoon. Thank you Gary, another day could have caused my cat her life. You are truly amazing.”

“I was really hesitant to use this location because of all of the bad reviews. Everytime ive gone in there though, there has NEVER been a line, and theres always at least 3 different smiling people behind the counter ready to help. Ive never had an issue here or encountered anything but friendly helpful employees. Im also ALWAYS on the look out for this google reviews famous "jennifer" , HOPING to get a glimpse of the person who has generated so many bad reviews. Ive been using this location regularly for the last 6 months and haven't had the pleasure of spotting her yet.”

“The service was really nice. I’m satisfied with it however, there was a Bengali guy named Muhammad was very disrespectful. My brother is a minor yet he was asking him questions when I his sister and mother was present there. He kept pressing us to go get the passport pic taken while telling my bother (minor) to make appointments. Then proceeded to ask if he’s slow because I was doing stuff on behalf of him. He needs to learn to be respectful towards everyone including people from his own background and talk formally. Shout out to the colored guy who helped us. He was amazing. Thank you!
