Top notch customer service, Brad was phenomenal, quick greeting as you enter the store. He asked me a very questions, he looked at my shoes that I was wearing and asked me if I wanted something similiar to my Keen hiking boots-these new trail shoes are so super comfy, already hiked 10 miles in them- huge difference, less back pain, these are life changing. Only took 3 pairs to find the ones I needed- Altra are toe base wide. The other 2 pairs were awesome just to snug for my feet

I was looking for somewhere to buy quality sneakers and was recommeded to Runner'e Roost by my physical therapist. I was totally impressed! Great selection and amazing service! Brad took great care of me,he measured my feet and brought out a full selection of sneakers to try on and was with me the whole time to answer questions and provide advice. I left there with new sneakers, a pair of sandals and some socks. What a great positive buying experience! I WILL go there again and tell my friends!

I went in to runners roost right before I got my boot off for a stress fracture. Kate was wonderful. She assessed my foot structure and gait and found the perfect shoe that mimics the boot for stability so I could continue to heal. I brought the sneakers to my doctor and he was thrilled with the choice - said they were perfect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience this past weekend on my first visit. I have a pesky foot injury and Rich took the time to give me lots of options. I probably tried on 6-8 pairs before we found the winner. I appreciate his efforts.

Despite being extremely busy, Kate took the time to listen to my concerns and (very accurately) assess my requirements. Had I been left to my own devices, I would have purchased the wrong shoes. Thankfully I waited a short while until a team member was available and, as a result, am wearing the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had.Thank you!!

Mike,Extremely helpful. And he took care of like everything to me...location at East Amherst...Mike, the matter into consideration & went to great length to help me. Mike is awesome & great personal to help me in this matter. I was able to get everything that I needed that i came in store for, and as well, some other items.I end up spend more. That I did never anticipated on.. He helped me with one item and called other store get the item in resolving the problem. I ended you paying to buy more but it was all worth it$350.00

I am often skeptical when I shouldn’t be of supposed specialty stores, and it took me years to visit Runner Roost. I admit I was completely wrong. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere, not just at a shoe store. Kate was incredibly personable and exceptionally knowledgable, and the foot scan and gait assessment was incredibly insightful and totally worth the price premium and time invested. I will absolutely shop here again!

First time coming through and it won’t be my last. I needed a specific pair of shoes and was helped right away. The entire transaction could’ve taken maybe three minutes, but the sales rep I was talking to was kind enough to explore some options on an additional pair for me that I was just beginning to gather information on. There was no hard sell, or push for accessories, or any of that stuff from the other local running stores. Just a knowledgeable staff happy to talk shop and get you what you need. I will definitely be back soon!

I have come to the Runner's Roost several times over the past few years. Over the past year and a half, I have been ramping up my running, sometimes logging 100 miles a week, so I have had to zip in more often. I now look forward to the next time I need to be fitted for shoes or buy some other running gear! The staff at runners roost are extremally helpful, not only with helping me find shoes that I feel comfortable logging miles for hours in but answering my other numerous questions, whether they be about races, running groups, or gear. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a local running shop that has great service, lots of knowledge, and a fantastic atmosphere.

I love Runner's Roost! They have a great selection of fantastic footwear. They will custom fit shoes to you and give you great personal service. I thought that personal help in a shoe store was gone, but not here! I bought my second pair of Brooks and they are so comfortable.

One of the workers helped me find shoes that works for my feet I ended up buying a pair of diadoras so far I'm liking them, they have a pretty big selection there I'll be back for sure
