Nice gym, it's true. But because of a bug in the mobile application (it shows me a server error and then hangs), instead of purchasing 1 month subscription, it created me 6 future payments for 1 month. so till no they charged me every month's subscription. I can't cancel in manually in the application. Nobody can help me with it in gym. Support also didn't help... so They continue to charge me and I have no control of it.

Quite dirty now. It used to be clean. I put a mat on the floor upstairs and saw dirt everywhere. This is probably the only gym in western New York that does not have wiping cloths to use on equipment and mats. I don’t go much anymore.

After being a member at both Catalyst and Crunch in the past I can say without a doubt that Platinum Fitness is the best gym in Buffalo. Unlike some other facilities there is no grunting, screaming, or weight slamming of any kind. And I rarely ever have to wait to get on a bench or a machine. Going there is usually my favorite part of the day. It feels like a community. Everyone from the members to the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Stay away at all costs! Ripoff. I joined and cancelled my membership immediately but my credit card was charged every month until my card expired Zero customer service. Calling the NYS Attorney General. They can't go out of business soon enough!#ripoffgym

Over crowded, small gym. Weekends used to be the best time but now the lot is full at 7am. Contract can’t expire soon enough! Staff is very nice though! Just not a reasonable size to accommodate the number of people. This is not the gym for the serious lifter. If you like cardio equipment and sitting on a bench on your phone for an hour this is the perfect place for you!

If you like over crowded, tiny garage gyms with budget equipment then this place is for you. I looked past the bad equipment and got by back when I’d walk into an empty gym In the morning. Now, it’s full of clowns taking up space.

This place became a second home to me for the three months I was visiting family in Buffalo. They organized a special temporary membership for me for the time that I was in town, and their trainer Adam kept me on track for my bodybuilding competition while I was away from my home gym and coach. Always friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic gym all around - Perfect size, a great selection of equipment, and an incredibly friendly staff. I purchased a day pass 45 minutes before closing, managed to have an excellent workout, and was encouraged to come back the next day (free of charge). Nothing but good things to say about Platinum Fitness and I would absolutely be a member if I lived in the area!

I highly recommend this facility. There is a good variety of equipment including free weights as well as machines. The facilty is never crowded and I have never had a problem getting access to a machine. The facilty is also very clean and the staff is very pleasant.

Been coming here for last 6 months. Place is not huge but it is never busy, always clean and has All the equipment you need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a room for classes which I'm sure will start when Covid is over. Will renew my membership

I've been a member here for 3 years. It's not a huge place but it has everything you need to get or stay fit. It's never overcrowded and the place is always very clean. The equipment is always kept in working order. They do offer trainers and some other on site health routines that I don't use. The staff is always friendly.

Platinum Fitness staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and always made me feel like my questions were as important to them as they were to me. Facility and equipment are always clean, and the nature trail in the back is a feature I have literally never seen before at any other gym. Never liked the experience of going to a gym until I found this one. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Moved from 3 miles to 20 miles away and they demand payment for the complete contract to leave. It is not as nice as the larger gym, it was just close. I expected a fee but they are crooked. Beware !!!!!
