I see 6 out of 7 positive reviews from years ago so the staff must have changed since then because the three working there today were rude and unprofessional with BAD attitudes like I've never encountered before. We were greeted by the first woman with "What do all of you want?" Then the teller told us to go back and register our names on the sign-in sheet when we were the only four people in the place. Went into a side office to get some paperwork signed and the guy was absolutely miserable and condescending while I was trying to explain what we needed. Stayed three minutes being insulted a few times with snide comments, until I said "forget it, we're leaving" out of frustration, took the paperwork and walked out not really sure if he knew what he was doing in the first place.

I hate banks...HATE THEM....but this one is great. Professional and accomadating! Great staff and always helpful! Wouldnt. Have a bank if this one wasn't here!

I love my bank! Though I rarely need to do business inside, when I do, the staff in every department wants to help. I've worked a lot with Buffy, who is just as adorable as her name suggests. We have had kind of difficult accounts in the past because my husband worked overseas for a while, but she helped me link up what needed to be linked, helped me get the right account for our needs, and was a champ when it came to having to do a notary signature for the same documents more than once because of an error on my part. After Northwest took over for First Niagara, this branch was so helpful during that rough two-day transition. My husband dealt with a girl (Christa/Krista) who also turned out to be a lifesaver for us. I feel like she went above and beyond on more than one occasion to save us money & help us figure out an error on our account. I truly appreciate that every so often I'll get a call from the security department to go through recent transactions, just to make sure things are the way they should be. Northwest offers online banking, deposits through their app, Apple Pay, and all the other great technological advances in banking. This bank is a prize in our community, and this branch specifically is worth bragging about. If you need a bank, I highly recommend Northwest.

I find the women working there are always so nice. They always greet me with a smile. I called there inquiring about a credit card to help build my daughter's credit for school, the lady said come on over will sit and talk about it. She was very helpful. I really like it here. They try even in fine thru to remember who u are. Keep up the good work ladies

I called last month to inquire about the home buyers club as I am looking to buy a house. I was appalled when the woman I spoke with rudely told me I couldn't use them because for a few months in early 2015, I was on maternity leave. I went back to work after having my daughter and then moved into a much better paying position, but she wouldn't even listen to me to see if I would qualify after I mentioned that I didn't work full time immediately after having a child.
If you're pregnant or have had a child in the past two years, don't waste your time (even if you only took a standard 12 week paid leave apparently). If you're male, I guess you don't have anything to lose by trying.
