Called a few years ago looking for a 5ft tiller. Spoke to a sales guy who took down my info said he would call back with price. Never heard back. Fast forward to thus year - called for a price on a bagging system for a compact tractor....same results no follow up in over a month.

Ordered a Kubota tractor back in October 2023, was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Now it’s January 2024 and i still do not have any tractor. Salesman keeps telling me a few more weeks and i think he was just leading me on. Not very happy with this outlet/salesman

I have been a customer for over 30 years. Every equipment item that I have purchased has been of fantastic high quality. Pricing has always been fair. not willing to work with you on issues they repaired. use excuse of not trusting other certified kubota mechanics so they don't have to help. poor customer service.
