Stopped to fill up my trucks tank and get some Gatorade's, used the bathroom before doing all of that. I shut the bathroom door, I used the restroom, I couldn't get out. The door handle was broken. The employees said this had happened before, I was stuck in their men's room for 45 minutes, The fire department was called. The owner wanted to try opening the door the same way he had previously when this happened(clearly didn't fix it). The owner did not want to damage the door. I understand that completely but The owner did not come in while any of this was taking place . The owner was more concerned about this door than me or my time, and the fire department did a great job but i just don't understand? FIX the door, after my 45 mins and finally getting out because the fire department came, I was asked for my information so they could send me a gift certificate, in that case I wasent worried about a gift certificate , I wanted my time back, had the owner just had the door fixed correctly none of this would have taken place! I am holding the dorms like fire department sends him a nice bill for sending half the fire hall to let someone out of the bathroom bc of a broken door handle. Hope you fix the issue before you get a real Karen stuck in there!

So the locks on the propane tanks are usually frozen when i go in for a propane refill and all the employees know about it. maybe if the locks were not facing upward they wouldn't fill with water and freeze. common sense. let's fix this!!!! your losing money

The "low fuel" indicator lit up on my dash... and this Kenyon's was just ahead! This location vends Marathon gasoline and I found a pump with Ethanol Free, 90 octane gas... my fuel of choice. If I'm buying gas, why not buy gas without Ethanol; more bang for the buck!

The screen forces you to put in a loyalty number and you cannot seem to get past that screen without one. I had to go in, guess how much gas I needed, pre pay that amount and then they are supposed to refund the difference. Too much effort to put gas in the car. They really need to rethink this business model. If my wife was not walking in to go the bathroom, I would have gone across the street.
