I worked directly with Chris Scherer to customize a ring, and he was patient in educating me on the different diamond cuts and band options available, and he even provided visual examples. The ring itself turned out better than I could've imagined, and my now-fiance LOVES her engagement ring. I would recommend anyone looking for an engagement ring or a special piece of custom jewelry to work with this locally-owned business! “I was referred to Amy's Fine Jewelry by my daughter when I needed to get a pearl necklace that was passed through the family repaired. What a great place this was. It has a lot of very beautiful jewelry and everything and anything you could possibly want. The repair to my necklace was done in a very timely manner and my daughter was able to have it at her wedding. They did a superb job repairing the necklace and the best part was the cost. It was way under $100. I was pleased in every way with Amy's - just lovely.”

“What started out as a great experience ended in almost a terrible one. I’ve been here for 2 hrs without the ring I purchased through Acima. We had to call them 4 times because they kept screwing up and ended up telling me I had to cancel the lease and try another time. I already spent the $76 initial payment and didn’t have another $76 to spend to start the lease all over again. As I was crying and about to leave with no ring no nothing, Abbi told me do the Acima lease again. I told him I trust you I just don’t trust Acima!!! They already took my money I signed their stupid contract 4 times and nothing. He said try again I’ll cash app you $80. He did as was promised and dropped my ring price down even more on top of that! WITH the warranty too! This customer service is absolutely exceptional, they will go above and beyond for you. Abbi , Sage and Olivia, all did so much for me today!!! Come to Mandati Jewelers!!!
