I am from Connecticut and initially communicated via phone to the Enterprise Car Sales Buffalo dealership about a car I was interested in. I had nothing but a positive experience from my initial call, to showing up and taking the final steps to purchase the vehicle before driving it away. The staff there were extremely committed and went out of their way (ABOVE AND BEYOND !!) to make sure things were in order prior to the day I traveled to Buffalo for the purchase. For example, in order for me to drive the car home to Connecticut, transit plates were needed from the New York DMV. The Enterprise staff needed to overnight ship me forms that required my signature, and once they were returned, obtaining these temporary plates was possible. And even after getting back to Connecticut, when I had a snag at the CT DMV, I was again taken care of... all it took was a phone call to Enterprise Buffalo and an additional form that I needed was emailed to me in minutes while at the CT DMV which satisfied a requirement that otherwise would have prevented me from registering the car. I went in expecting to be turned down because my credit isn't the best. They had my loan approved in 10 minutes and I was able to leave with a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu LT. The team at Enterprise on Transit is the best. I would actually give them 25 stars. Sam and the rest of the team did a fantastic job getting my car ready for me to drive.

The guy who helped us was very patient and understanding when we had a date set and couldn't follow through he was very kind, and didn't push us, I appreciate everything he did for us and I'm very grateful to be driving a brand new and safe for my kids car! I highly recommend these guys for car sales !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to locate the vehicle i wanted and had it brought in from another location. They also repaired a few minor issues with the interior prior to purchase at no cost to me. Will be back for my next vehicle!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE from start to finish. ZERO pressure from anyone and a great group of knowledgeable folks. Went out of their way to help us find the right vehicle at the right price.
