I had a great experience at CVS drive-through pharmacy today. The associate was very friendly and kept up conversation while he was repairing my order. Highly recommend this location.

I recently had heart surgery and have had to pick-up a lot of scrips.Everyone in the Pharmacy is professional and helpful. So refreshing compared to the incompetent service that I get at many places these days.Special shout out to Joseph at the Pharmacy for being very personable and putting the customer first. He certainly gets it.

I absolutely hate this location and will be transferring asap. The way it's set up there is no privacy, the registers are behind a pole so they can't see you standing there. There are 3 registers but only one works it's all clustered together where you can barely swipe your card...wherein I'm having triggered OCD. Awful

Information regarding prescription readiness for pickup is unreliable 95% of time. Results in customer needs to make several trips to pharmacy unnecessarily.

I reccomend you go to any other pharmacy, even another cvs.The pharmacy has never had a prescription ready when I arrived. Multiple times they have been out of the medication and have not called or notified me at all. They don't answer their phone and make things unnecessarily difficult in general.

This pharmacy have NEVER just had my order ready when I get there. Always "waiting 15 min" or need to come back. It's honestly ridiculous. There is always always an issue with every script!!!

They refused to fill my prescription because it was 40 min before closing. I explained that I was unable to return during the weekend, and they told me I had no other option unless I wanted to call my doctor and get it transfer elsewhere.

Helpful and knowledgeable folks at the pharmacy here. I also like getting text notifications when my prescriptions are ready.

Being sick is the worst; I should know. In February, I was hospitalized for complications from asthma. This past June, I sustained injuries in a car accident, and a week after that, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. When you're sick like that, it's important to have a pharmacy team you can count on. The pharmacists & pharmacy team at CVS always have my back. If I've got insurance questions, they answer them. Probably more important than that, they always help me out when I've got a question about side effects. If a drug comes with a long list of common side effects, I probably won't get those. But if there's a rare, barely-mentioned side effect, that's the one I get, and there's a pharmacy tech at this CVS who remembers that and points it out to me. Whether I'm using the drive-up window or walking in, I'm always greeted by someone who is smiling and appears to be genuinely happy to be helping me out. When you're at the pharmacy, you're often not feeling your best, so it's nice to have people helping you who make the process a little bit easier.

I had a RX electronically sent over from an urgent care clinic. When I went to pick up my RX I was told the "systems" to contact insurance companies was experiencing difficulties and either had to wait it out and pay out of pocket and file for reimbursement though my insurance. Considering it was several RX I wasn't able to afford to pay all up front (this is why we have insurance right?). So I was sent on my way. I called a few hours later and was told the situation had not been resolved and again told to wait it out. CVS is a large co. There should have been another option available. An inhaler was one of the RX I needed filled and all I was told was "sorry but you have to wait". There has to be some non technological way to get medications to patients. I will not be returning to CVS for any of my needs what so ever and I will be spreading the word. I'm very disappointed in the service and solutions.

I love this CVS! The pharmacists are really nice and helpful. They have gone out of their way several times to help my family and i really appreciate it! I have been to many pharmacies over the years, especially since the birth of my daughter, and i am happy to say that this CVS is the one for me. Two thumbs up!

This is a great store with really friendly employees and a GREAT pharmacist! Until recently, I had been visiting Walgreen's to have my prescriptions filled. After several times of going in there and being told "this won't be covered until tomorrow", etc. because the pharmacy techs weren't submitting my 'scripts properly (happens EVERY 3 weeks!!!!). I finally vowed I would not deal with their pharmacy AGAIN. I went into CVS the other day to buy an arsenal of cold and cough medicines. I paid at the pharmacy since I was buying a decongestant and the pharmacist was super nice and friendly. When I went back in today to have a prescription filled, the pharmacist remembered me. They were really busy when I was there. I only had to wait a couple of minutes though, if even, and the pharmacist apologized for that. She asked me when I'd like to pick up the 'script. I didn't care when as long as I could get it by tonight. She told me they would text me when it was filled. By the time I made one other stop and got home (about 15 minutes), I had a text from CVS that my 'script was filled. This pharmacist is on the ball and a real class act! I appreciate her excellent customer service skills. Can't wait to get my 'scripts out of Walgreen's and over to CVS for good!!
