Overall experience was not great. Tried to open a savings account and decided against it since finding out it was not what I needed. Really only spent 10 minutes with the teller. On my way out I decided to stop by the ATM. The teller immediately walked over to the other tellers and talked about annoyed he was that he had to close the account and how we weren’t knowledgeable about all the banking systems (at least wait till I leave). He didn’t even mention the types of saving accounts options to begin with. I am trying my best as a young professional trying to navigate how figure this stuff out. Overall, it is discouraging how they lack of compassion and respect for people trying to learn new things. They could really use some training and better customer service skills.

Wayne, Dylan, and Alexis were all very kind and helpful during my time at the branch! New ATMs make transactions effortless. Recommend this location.

Employees at this branch are great. Its the 2 ATMs there that are the problem. Seem neither of them work after bank closes.

So i opened up my first bank account with citizens and been with them for a long time. i had a issue with a random weird transaction and it was very confusing to deal with. I got fed up with talking to agents on the phone and came into this branch and spoke with Jennifer R. Let me tell you, if you need ANYYYYTHING shes your girl to go to!!! She listened to me, heard me, did her very best, used all her resources and got the job done. it took a few days to resolve the issue but she made sure i left satisfied and she was kind and patient throughout the whole process . i really cant thank her enough. i promise you if you go to her you wont be disappointed.

On Thurs 2/24/22, around 11am, I spent over 45 minutes trying to reach someone, anyone, at two local Citizens branches before a person actually answered the phone. After finally reaching a rep, I asked if they process US Series EE Savings Bonds, as I have always redeemed EE bonds at my bank in the past. I was told "Not anymore, you'll have to download a form from the "IRS website", get your signature notarized, and then send them out in the mail". I questioned "IRS website?", and suggested maybe Treasury Direct was what was meant, and eventually the person agreed. I was then also told that "NO banks in WNY process EE Savings Bonds anymore". I then called another local bank, where I don't currently have an account. The phone was answered immediately, and I was told "Yes, we do process EE Bonds for our account holders".We obviously chose the wrong bank when we consolidated multiple checking accounts several years ago. Perhaps Citizens Bank can save some money if they'd reduce their annoying WEEKLY mailings for home equity loans (that we have no interest in), and redirect some of those funds toward services their clients actually need, and perhaps some personnel to answer the phones.

Its saturday, im a single dad trying to get quarters to wash my 6 month olds laundry.. but i cant because its "this banks corporate policy" to not help people if they dont have an account?... this is todays america all for one none for all. Cheap corporate bs

We are so pleased to work with Jeffrey Kilgore at our local bank . He went out of his way to help us to get a student loan .I highly recommend this loan officer and this bank .

All employees seemed nice and professional at first....the 'nice acts' gradually faded away as their extreme lack of professionalism shined through. I would definitely recommend another bank.

Citizens in general is underwhelming but this branch is especially useless. Go to the Tops location instead.
