Went to discuss electric chainsaw and battery options. Staff was knowledgeable about the existing Husqvarna system I was trying to match, and very helpful regarding options for going forward. Yes, they did sell me a new saw, but it WAS the best option for the goal I was trying to achieve. Pricing was also fair. Positive experience.

Best small engine repair shop in Buffalo! I have come here a few times now and had some repairs done to my equipment, as well as having a shrink wrap done for the winter months. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Prices are fair, and the work is 10/10. I highly recommend coming here for any of your small engine needs!

I was a bit nervous sending my snow blower off but it was seamless and everything is running great! Brand new snowblower that sat for a few months with fuel stabilizer but still clogged the carburetor. They fixed that and did a tune up. So glad they offer pick up and drop off.

Purchased a Generac generator from Zack. He was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to buy locally from a dealership that services what they sell. They had it set up and running for me in about 10 minutes. A+

They are not a dealer of the chainsaw that I thought was beyond fixing from what official dealers of that brand told me.. this place fixed it.. they also had the chain that my Husqvarna needed that none of the big stores had.. These people know their stuff & their mechanic is Top notch

I contacted Buffalo Power equipment and was lucky enough to have Zack Hallac answer. I was looking for a 14kw Generac generator (Whole house) he educated me on multiple options and we ended up striking a deal for the best with every single option and the bid was lower than 2 other company's smallest, No options generac. These a GOOD PEOPLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZACK & his team. 5-Stars +++++ ??? God bless these guys. No more HUGE FEAR when winter storms hit us here in ERIE COUNTY.????? My family and I are SAFE !

Geoff at Buffalo Outdoor Power Equipment is one of those master technicians who knows all the details on how to service equipment. I brought my Stihl MS250 chainsaw into him because the saw was leaking bar oil (since it was new back in 2006) and now it was curving to the right while cutting and it was overheating. He analyzed it down to the chainsaw tooth, and solved all issues, while explaining the why and how to me when I picked it up! I very much appreciate his expert knowledge, and calm demeanor and I will always bring my outdoor power tools to them for service and repair!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Zack and Sue were just a real pleasure to talk to and they helped me out with what seemed like a helpless situation. I had purchased a new HV lawn tractor from Lowe's and I found out the hard way that it was not prepped prior to being delivered to me. After about 2 hrs. of use it just stopped......the engine seized. They came and picked it up, diagnosed it, and then dealt with HV directly. HV replaced the tractor with a brand new unit, which was fantastic, as they could clearly see that Lowe's had dropped the ball.I previously haven't dealt with Buffalo Outdoor Power Equipment, but I can tell that I will from now as they are great people to work with.

This place is a complete disaster. They have customer equipment disassembled on the showroom floor with parts laying around everywhere. It does not appear they treat things with respect.If you think it is a good idea to trust them with your equipment, be sure they give you a claim ticket listing the serial number of your machine. Otherwise you will not be able to prove them wrong when they return someone else's equipment to you.

Thank you Buffalo Outdoor Power for the parts I needed for my Husqvarna riding lawn mower. They were clearly busy but looked up my parts and had them ordered within minutes. The parts were perfect. They saved me!

Can’t believe how helpful Ted and the entire staff were. Brought my boat in for a leaky seal on Saturday. Took the boat and had it ready by Tuesday despite already being super busy. Also found a water pump issue and resolved that quickly. Price was super reasonable. Drydock Marine treated me really well and I will definitely go back!!

Had my chainsaw in for warranty work. Warranty work was not covered, so they repaired the chainsaw which was just cleaning the carburetor for $64.00. They repaired it without notifying me. I called and spoke with the lady and she said to me I can't believe you are complaining!! And I told her that they should contact customers first before they go ahead with repairs if it's not covered by a warranty. I asked to speak to a manager and she says that she is the owner of the company.Will never step foot in that business again the way I was spoken to on the phone.

The worst business I've ever dealt with, first they had my lawn mower for 6 weeks and when they finally finished it I went and picked it up, got it home and the battery was gone and it is a EGO, call them the next morning and they said said they would call me back and 3 hours later I called again they said they found it and go get it so I asked if they can deliver it and they said no so I got mad because I was going to leave work early so I could make with their hours and said a few choice words, they hung up on me and when I walked in the owner started yelling at me said not to come back and I said I certainly will not ever go back there and by the way way the place is mess
