“Dr. Frost gives excellent service, as do her technicians. But the new male Doctor walks in the room and I didn't even know who in the world he was. It was clear Dr. Frost was put off by my yelp review, but I don't know any other business that takes advantage of peoples emotions....because most animals are peoples children. That REQUIRES a bedside manner.”
