My husband and I needed help switching from AT&T to Verizon. Tanya was extremely knowledgeable and also very polite. She took the time to help make sure we were set up properly…a great asset to the company.

Went in to the store a week before a new phone drop, was promised things from the associate repeatedly. Took his word and the week after, I signed everything as I was being naive and trusting this person to not lie. I wait till after my first billing cycle was complete, call the store to change my plan to what I was promised, the manager was rude and gaslit me, just overall avoiding the issues I had. Do not go to this private store. Just go to a corporate store. Verizon corporate is 100× better and is willing to understand your situation. (At least in my situation) Thank you corporate for fixing everything and maybe retrain this store to not lie or have them learn about what deals they can actually give.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had (age 40)Key highlights: Did not receive credit for my trade in before 9 months of the worst customer service hell you can imagine. In person, on phone, by email, and through corporate.Extra charge: Corporate informed me resolution was held up because staff said they gave me $300 cash. This is absurd, I paid them $600+ dollars.Bait & Switch contract: Was told I needed to lock in a 24 month contract to get savings. This was already bad but was later revealed they signed me up for 36 months.Being lied to: Was told the issue was resolved four different times yet nothing had changed and I needed to get corporate to eventually fix.About me: I don’t think I’ve ever left more than one review for anything, this was so spectacularly bad I feel compelled. It almost was raised to getting the police and lawyers involved. I am generally a very nice guy, perfect credit score, honest, and this could have been so simple.Advice: Use a main Verizon store and not an independent contractor with their name.

Devin multi-tasked to help me set up our new phones and port my sons line over to my account all while dealing with another customer. He made the transition quick and painless for us, and instead of making us wait for everything to be finalized he said he would take care of it and called to let us know when everything was completed, which he did.
