Valley Tire Pros serves the local New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio area. The service is smooth and the employees are very respectful and professional, providing top notch customer service. They are quick and efficient, often getting customers in and out promptly, even for surprise tire problems or a large amount of work. This is a place where quality comes before quantity. They handle a wide range of work, from alignments and mounting and balancing tires to patching deflated tires and working on oversized or difficult items like Polaris wheels, explaining any possible issues clearly. While one may pay a little more for odd work, their communication is very respectable and they provide a hometown experience. Multiple reviews state they were wonderful, saved the day, and are highly recommended, having gained loyal customers who will continue requesting their services.

I drive up from Florida in the summer and for some reason seem to need tires when I get here. (different cars). Three years in a row. Good grief this has to stop. However, when the time comes, I’ll be back. they do a great job.
