I am so mad . Ordered an anniversary gift and was a special order. Box came with boot prints and flattened down from people carelessly walking all over package . Way to go UPS for your care and respect for items being delivered. The 1st picture shows the actual size of box other side flat like a pancake

I went to ask for proof of a package that I did not receive since it has a tracking number and the employee was rude, he did not even let me explain what I needed and he preferred to give me someone else's information, I think it was racist treatment, thank you for nothing, I did not receive the package and without the paper Paypal doesn't give me my money back either, they should hire educated people who know how to communicate with the public, my package was a Christmas gift, thank you for nothing.

Phone line assistant hung up twice as info didn't match criteria even though I requested representative. On second call I knew it didn't match, reason I asked for representative.

I mailed a large box for less than $16.00 @ 3pm and the gentleman told me it'll be delivered tomorrow in another State. ? Fantastic service! But remember, credit cards only.

Just bought a 60 watt guitar amp. Package came crumpled with holes. My guitar amp fell apart when I opened it. The wood was cracked around the amp and speaker. Very pathetic. What kind of company throws around boxes of heavy electronics?
