My family used RCS auctions to sell our family's estate. It's been over a year and he has ignored our calls and emails requesting to pay us for profit of the estate sale. Who does this to a grieving family? What a horrible way to go about business. Avoid this company at all cost. They will take your things and disappear.

We had a horrible experience renting DiPietro's event center owned by RCS auctions and Dunkirk Antique Co-Op for our family Thanksgiving dinner. He came into the event center during the middle of a family function and started yelling at us telling us that we only rented half of the facility, but that was never stated when we paid. In fact, we have rented this facility on multiple occasions without ever being told that certain areas were off limits unless there were auction items on one half (which there wasn't today. And yes, he rents the facility without having any security for items that don't even belong to him), nor have we ever heard a complaint of any impropriety. Today, however, we were yelled at for using the whole facility and accused of stealing in the past. That has never, ever happened, and if it had, why would you rent to us again?! Because it never happened, that's why. He has no contract stating any rules whatsoever, so whose fault is it if you change the rules without informing your guests? Certainly not ours. Clearly, we will NEVER, EVER be using their facility again, nor will my husband and I be attending any auctions run by this man. His rude and unprofessional behavior deserves to be known so no one else makes the mistake of using his facilities, buying from his auctions, or bothers renting space in their co-op.

I live just a little ways from this place and I make a trip down there almost everyday. They always have something new and unique to find. It's cool with what they sell like on the second floor there is militaria which is really cool and on the third floor there is a ton of vinyl records and you never know what band your gonna find. They have fair prices on all there items so that's a plus. They have so many things to choose from coins, militaria, records, etc. with all this stuff to choose from you never know what you'll find! So this is why I would very highly recommend rcs as a business to stop by.

The important thing to remember for this business is that it is a Co-op, which means they will have a huge selection of antiques and collectibles from various vendors - giving the consumer a lot to look at. I'm always amazed at how clean this place is and how HUGE it is. There are FOUR - count them - 4 floors of antiques and collectibles. The pricing is reasonable and just browsing through this place can help you recall the good ole days too - it brightens my day up every time I visit this store! Almost every time I stop by I make a purchase and this trip was no different. Though it wasn't an antique or a collectible item - we found an amazing birdhouse and feeder combination made with real wood - new item! I did forget to mention that too - sometimes you can find really interesting handmade items as well in this store. Parking sometimes can be a problem as there is mostly street parking, but it's free. They do accept credit cards as well. I don't think I'd bring children that like to touch to this business as there are many breakable and fragile items throughout. They do tend to display a lot of merchandise though in a way that you can see everything. If you are looking for an antique of any kind - I'd stop in and if you cannot find what you want - let them know - because there are many dealers in this place - one of them may very well have what you want somewhere else. Have fun shopping around!
