My wife and I have been bringing both our vehicles to Nichols for several years now and they always treat us very fair. There knowledgeable, there honest, fair pricing and they always seem to make time for us even when there super busy. If it's something I can't fix i can always count on Nichols to resolve the issue or lead me in the right direction. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanic. I can't say enough amazing things about this business! Their amazing people and the best quality service you could ever get! Just an example of how good they are, my last car they did all maintenance for, and after owning it for almost 15 years (in NY!) It's an okay place. I took my car a while back and had them look at it. They didn't take the time to really look into it so I figured I go somewhere else then took it back and they had a cheaper price. Idk if my car is fully fixed but they got it running again. Having trouble with coolant afraid to go back cause guy seem annoyed that I went back just to ask questions.
