I walked in with more than the average share of difficulty, issues and time consuming challenges and he could not have been more friendly, helpful, thorough, professional, patient and knowledgeable! I literally left that store having an entirely optimistic and positive outlook not only on Cricket but also with customer service representatives in general. He went far above and beyond the relm of a customer service rep and the entire time he was extremely patient and understanding helping to put my mind at ease. He also went above and beyond to save me as much money as he possibly could while assuring that I received the service I needed. He deserves so much recognition because you do NOT find these types of employees everyday! Any company that has him definitely has an asset on their hands and I can only hope they realize this. Joe has truly given me an amazingly positive outlook on Cricket. I couldn't be more grateful!”

“I stopped in to replace the screen protector and to discuss some issues with the phone. I was immediately welcomed by a sales associate as I walked the m the door. He offered to assist me in replacing the screen protector. He checked my phone to make sure it was operating correctly. He demonstrated how to take a screen shot of my phone calls and voice mail. He continued to chat with me while he worked. It was a pleasant visit. I am so glad I stopped in to get my issues resolved. Oh!The Fredonia/Dunkirk store has easy access and convenient parking too!”
