Roadside assistance got them to schedule the pick up in the morning. They took the call. Then called me in the morning demanding $200 cash or no tow. They said I can call back State Farm. Which I did and then they wouldn’t answer the phone for them to clarify why I would be charged. SCAMMERS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF STRANDED MOTORISTSSTAY AWAY

Should be covered by road side through state farm. Comes out and gives excuses for why you should pay them when they have you at their mercy. They are rude and unprofessional.

A negative 1000 in my book, my roadside has called for me 2x and I have refused as he is a scammer and will prey on helpless people. AVOID AT CHANCES IS MY ADVICE!!!!

Dishonest. Charged $130 for "covered" State Farm roadside assistance- then when cancelled before help arrived instead charged my card an $85 inconvenience fee. Previously charged another family member for "covered" services and would not provide the invoice needed for reimbusement.

Insurance co. sent him to tow my vehicle. All he was interested in was tacking on extra fees that I would have to pay out of pocket.. what a crook.. call ellmanns or Mancuso.

Mike was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He gave me a quick honest assessment of the situation and then promptly followed up with me advising me of a fair quote for the services required. After service was performed he followed up with me and advised me on a couple issues to watch out for as well. His consideration for the safety of my son and the fact that he was willing to work through repairs remotely with me so my son could focus on his classes was impressive customer service. Thank you Mike!

My insurance company connected me with this provider for a tow. I have inclusive towing for 50 miles with my policy and I was only 10 miles from home. Mike contacted me to tell me that the insurance company was covering $38 and the bill would be $175 because of the increase in diesel fuel prices. I would have to pay for the difference out of pocket. I ended up paying for an Uber to get home and using my own truck and trailer to retrieve my vehicle. This practice of extorting money is illegal and I have notified the insurance company. They will be taking appropriate action.

Worst tow company in the area, they are con artists, tried charging me an extra $20 for the extra truck they had following them to give me a ride and charged me $100 for “liquid spilling” on the bed of the truck even tho I know damn well they went back to there business and just hosed it off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. MANY BETTER CHOICES IN FREDONIA AND DUNKIRK! & even tried arguing with me over the most pettiest thing, worst experience ever!

I locked my keys in my moving truck on a Sunday with the truck running. I called Mike at 10:00am… the truck was unlocked by 10:20. Never in my life have I had that happen. He bailed out a very stressed young married couple trying to move across country in a snow storm.

My Roadside Assistance gave me this place. I arranged the cost since it was over my tow limit with my Insurance company. Mike calls me and try's to get additional $ from me. I explained to Mike that I already paid for the overage through my Insurance and they stated no additional $ should go to the tow company. Called and cancelled the tow and another tow driver showed up in 10 minutes no issues. This guy is a crook and will take advantage of you. Do not use this company. I reported to the appropriate parties and here I am writing a review which I never do. SMH.

These people are absolute scumbags. If you have emergency towing through your insurance and it should be free, they will try and extort extra cash out of you and make you pay all sorts of made up fees before they will even show up, then they bill the insurance company for everything on top of it. They should have been out of business a long time ago

My truck's battery died at my work. I had jumper cables and was using an employee's car to jump my battery when Mike drove by me by chance. He stopped and offered his assistance and knowledge. He informed me I had a cheaper pair of jumper cables that wouldn't work for my truck (he was right). He then pulled out a diagnostic tool/jumper box. He jumped my truck immediately, and stuck around and gave me more knowledge on the proper equipment/jumping process I could use in the future. He never asked for payment (or for me to write this review). He just gave me his card and told me to call him anytime I had a problem in the future. I will definitely recommend him to others!

Mike's prompt service, meticulous attention to detail of handling and transporting my classic 1967 mustang was much appreciated. He worked well with my insurance company, Haggerty, and would use his services again with no reservation.

I will say I read the reviews when dealing with the hassle of towing my newly bought car an hour and a half from Dunkirk NY to warren, pa. He called me when there was a legal issue in dropping off my vehicle. Well called my roadside assistance back changed drop off location he was there in 15 minutes after. he's older and his jokes can be taken the wrong way. mike and Ann are both very nice spend some time joking with them they are funny as hell! Also understand for a 118$ tow through my roadside assistance he made only 50$ for an hour and a half to more. Was still nice and offered for me to come back up and have beer and some steaks with him
