This company is AMAZING! We are from Canada and we broke down just outside Dunkirk. Larry & Alison did everything to get us going on our vacation again. Thank you! We love our new truck! Definitely recommend this company! They provided great service, very friendly and care about their customers.

Nothing but bad reviews about bad business. Would not recommend. Cars are in bad condition and it’s a habit that they lie about it. Multiple people have had negative experiences from this dealership and I believe they should be held responsible for their customer service and attitude. People pay for quality. People don’t pay to be “scammed”.

Was in town from FL while house shopping and brought my 2024 sierra for an oil change. I arrived and not a soul was present to assist as they seemed to be busy with personal conversations in the back room. They completed the oil change yet damaged my 22” wheel and didn’t say a word. I noticed when home and called to speak to Matt. He said to bring it by yet they seemed to be closed earlier than advertised hours online. I never heard back from them in regards to damage nor did they bother to order the touch up paint I wanted. This was the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with and will not be returning for a thing.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. If you want an incredible vehicle buying experience then this is your dealership. This is the definition of a “family dealership.” This definition means that you’re part of the family when you’re at Spacc GMC, buying or not. Allison Spacc nearly jumped out of her vehicle to make sure we knew not only were we welcomed, but we were given carte Blanche to all they had to offer at this clean, well kept and professional establishment.
Within minutes of meeting Allison, Larry and the incredibly hospitable crew at Spacc GMC, I knew I was going to leave satisfied and with the vehicle I wanted.
Do yourself a favor, take your business to this dealership. I have been in the automotive industry on all sides for my entire career and Allison and everyone at Spacc GMC checks all the boxes! Bravo and thank you Spacc GMC!

great communication, very fair pricing, alison jumped through hoops making sure we had our vehicle by our deadline, at a price we wanted. we would HAPPILY make the 2 hour drive again for the outstanding service we received.

$137.00 for oil & filter change and to rotate 4 tires. Took 3.5 hours, and they failed to complete the inspection I requested. Bought two trucks from L Spacc, one was brand new off the showroom floor, there service department used to be fair and cared about their customers, that's over now! Unbelievable how disinterested and unapologetic their service folks are now. Save yourself the aggravation and get your service completed somewhere else!!

Worked with Anna Vallone as my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Showed us several new and used options. We ended buying a beautiful 2016 chevy traverse with 44000 mile. Will definitely buy here again.
