Walked in and 2 people in chairs getting haircuts. 1 waiting. Heavy set lady asked if I had appointment. I said no. She said well we are pretty booked up. I always get my hair cut there. Guess I’ll find a different place. Not very friendly

So it’s SUNDAY 07/21/24. Website says the Fredonia location is open and yet a gentleman has been standing out side for at least 30 minutes he had a 915am APPOINTMENT.. and there’s NO EMPLOYEES here.. as it is now 942am. Based on the reviews this is common practice at this location. For the price they charge and the hairdressers expect at tip. Looks like this location needs reliable STAFF!

Apparently there were many call offs. They were turning away customers. I was able to get my hair cut, but the stylist had to greet all people coming in and answer the phone which meant she continuously left to take care of those things.

Most of the girls here are excellent. $28 for a haircut is ridiculous. More ridiculous when you can't walk in to get a fast cut instead it's we don't have time.

Jeamarye is fantastic! I went to her with severely damaged hair - she listened to what I wanted, asked super good questions about the inspo pics I showed her, and gave me the PERFECT style. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! ?
Requested style: I asked for a short cut that would feel full, and allow me to grow out the damage to my hair. Jeamarye nailed it!
Hair type: My hair was thin and damaged - I needed a style to minimize that ‘in between’ stage, and make my hair feel fuller.
Stylist: Jeamarye took the time to understand what I needed and was skilled at different techniques to give me a cut and style that was perfect.

First time I was at SuperCuts was on May 1st 2024. Nice place. I went in and asked for Colleen...She was there and was able to get me in. Colleen is a Fabulous Hairdresser. She gave me Fantastic Service. Knew Excalty what I wanted. She made me feel Great and look great. Love her

My husband had an appointment yesterday morning for 9am and no one showed up to unlock the salon. He sat until 9:30 and then had to leave. Extremely disappointed with scheduling and lack of care for customers driving in and wasting their time and money for nothing.

My normal hairdressers was going to be off , Valerie , so she told another ,Lauren , about my type of cut for when she'd be off . I have places 4 miles from my apt.and I drive 35 miles JUST to them because they do such a great job. The thing is there consistent ! And that's important to me .
