Excellent bicycle shop specializing in TREK. Big show room with lot's of inventory, both standard and electric bikes. The shop and showroom were clean enough to eat off floor. Staff was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable without any pressure. They spent a lot of time with my wife as she tried 4 different models - ultimately resulting in a purchase she is very happy with.

08/07/2024 Visiting from Long Island NY. Popped a flat on my bike. Google search found this place. The absolute nicest people. He fixed my flat while I waited. Took at most 15 minutes. Coming from downstate, this was incredibly inexpensive. Thank you so much. BTW, really nice selection of new bikes.

I have used Marin’s for all of my bicycle needs for years. Ernest, the owner, is an authority on the bikes he sells and services.
Prices of new bikes and service are fair.
Ernest will take all the time required to answer any questions a customer might have.
I would recommend Martin’s Bike Shop to anyone interested in the activity of bicycling.

What a wonderful shop! Mr. Martin was great to deal with. Answered all the questions I had. Let me take the bike for a test ride and gave me time to decide. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Although I'm not from the area, I will definitely stop back to visit.

Ernest services my ebike and electric scooter. There isn't anything he can't fix.I will bring my electric unicycle to him if it ever needs service in the future. I drive to him from Rochester for his service and pass many other places to come to him. His turn around time is usually a half hour or less and he is really good with the electrical aspects of these new ebikes and scooters. 10/10

Ernest was extremely helpful from the moment I reached out about a particular bike. Then, when my wife and I visited the store, he took the necessary time to familiarize us with the many options between bike styles and brands, and allowed us to test ride multiple bikes. We ultimately purchased two bikes from Martin's and couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend this store to anyone in or around the area of Dundee. You will not be disappointed with the level of service you will receive. Thanks again!

I’ve taken my bikes on 4 occasions and Ernest and the others are always friendly. They always finish things on time, and sometimes they are scary fast. There are bike shops closer to me, but for service, I always make the drive to Martin’s!

Struggled finding a specific part online, at local bike shops...everywhere. I was about to give up hope and finally found it on Martin's Bicycle website. Emailed them and within less than a day, Ernest got back to me, confirming they had the part on hand.I ordered it from their site, and it was in my hands, from New York to California, four days later...on Christmas Eve!I highly recommend Martin's Bicycle!
