Phenomenal service and really great people! My fuel gauge was off and I apparently ran out of fuel with my truck. They ended up showing up within about 15 minutes with fuel for my vehicle and got me back on the road. You can tell they care about what they do and about helping others. I am thankful that they were Around!

Bought a bed cap and tailgate very good condition people here were very friendly and kind treated me like I was a part of there family. There prices are reasonable.

I experienced a tire blow out today during a very busy work day of conference calls, meetings, etc. It was very inconvenient and not only did I not have time, I was not in the mood to change a tire on the side of a muddy road at this point in my day. I called drukers for a tow, they were quick to answer, quick to arrive and everyone was awesome to deal with!! My initial intention was to get the car to my normal garage as I do need good tires for the amount of driving I do. When the driver arrived, he informed me they could get tires for me too. He gave me a business card, told me what they can do and we agreed to take the car back to their shop. Car issues are always an inconvenience and these fine folks made my day by making it quick and painless. I should have my car back and ready to go first thing in the morning so I can continue on with my work week without interruption! Very professional, I appreciate the high level of service and highly recommend!!

I had a great towing experience especially If you live on Seneca Lake! Very professional and pleasant to do business with. I contacted AAA to suggest they use Drunker when possible better than those in Montour Falls!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Druker’s Towing company esp Val for her exceptional service and going above and beyond to help me reach home safely .From the moment I called them in my time of need,their professionalism and friendliness were evident.when Val noticed that we were stranded far from home ,she arranged us a car to take us to train station which is about 1.5 hrs from the place.This levelOf care and thoughtfulness is truly rare in the service industry, and it made a huge difference in what could have been stressful situations.Once again Thank you ?

I was stuck on side of the road w my RV and my insurance company was giving me the hardest time. Needless to say, I was frustrated. Then out of nowhere, this tow truck driver guy shows up and takes it upon himself to not only help me out but he was also ready to make sure I got to where I needed to be safe and soundly.
