Be careful of this company’s billing procedures. We cleaned our unit out on a Monday and they contacted me via text and asked me to let them know when it was empty. So I texted their number back saying it was cleaned out. We were then billed again on Wednesday. The person on the phone said technically you’re supposed to call them to tell them and the text wasn’t adequate. After a few minutes of nonsense they refunded the money but they were very difficult to deal with. All said and done, I find it irritating that they wouldn’t know if a units is empty and that it’s ok for them to text me but would bill me again because I texted them and not call them. If you’re going to use this company be aware of their billing practices and make sure you get everything in writing.

The security is very good. The property is maintained very well, even with the recent snow I can still easily get to my unit.

Used them for a year when I worked overseas. Came back to my car completely untouched. No bugs, nor rodents. Had no issues making payments or canceling the storage when I was done using it. Also competitive price that DOESN'T CHANGE.

Clean, secure and convenient. Everything you want in a storage facility. Everything can be handled online or by phone which makes it simple. Friendly and helpful staff. The price is right in line with other facilities in the area and maybe a few bucks less than most. A pleasant experience all around.
