I believe it is important to share my experience in order to help improve the quality of service and accommodations provided by your establishment.Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the kind and professional assistance I received from the staff. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and accommodating, despite the inn being in the process of transitioning from a closed state to a slow opening for the upcoming season. She worked with me to find a suitable room for myself and my children, ensuring that we had two beds and a bathtub, which was a must for our stay.However, I must bring to your attention some concerns I had regarding the overall condition of the inn. The exterior of the building appeared to be in disrepair, which initially made me hesitant to call and book a room. The front porch, in particular, seemed unsafe to walk on and was in desperate need of attention.While the room itself was clean and appeared to have been recently painted, there were some issues with the bathroom. The bathtub had a dirty and rusty appearance, making it unsuitable for bathing my children. The drain also showed signs of rust and water stains.I understand that the inn is going through a transitional phase, but I believe it is important to address these maintenance and cleanliness concerns to ensure a positive experience for future guests.Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
