Would not recommend this branch, have scheduled two phone appointments and the staff never reached out, I waited 30 minutes and when I called the bank i was told they are with other customers, very unprofessional way of treating existing customers

I eat in this restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are just great, the team is welcoming and the price is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant over a rich meal.

To paraphrase Dorothy Parker's remark about Nabokov's Lolita: "This is a good bank; a fine bank; oh, very well then, a great bank." Erin Chamberlin, for example, guided me back from the brink of serious debt and then caught some miscreant (poco golota) sneaking into the bank to try to slide purloined monies into my acconut after poco had been caught rifling a fund I had an interest in. She did so by painstakingly going over months of bank receipts until we found the move: at 10:15, on July 21, 2017. Written in the malefactor's distincive, awkward non-cursive hand. This had to have taken Ms. Chamberlin at least an hour, and when I asked if there was even further proof (we couldn't ID the teller) she said "it's on videotape." The deed was done at the ATM. Isn't that what you want from your bank? A Relationship Banker that not only watches you back inside the bank but outside the bank as well? I've been in a few banks in my time and I've dealt with a banker or three. But even if I move to Katmandu I'd keep my money here. It's safe. They are cordial and professional. They absolutely refuse to give out free samples but that I can live with. When somebody tried to short me on a few samples of mine and they nailed them. With Brian Masterton, the astute Bank Manager, setting the tone and guiding the staff; with employees like Laura Wheeler greeting you as soon as you walk in the door with a reassuring professional confidence and a firm grasp of the bank's procedures, it is truly the best banking experience in the Hudson Valley.
