I would give them 100 stars if I could! She takes time to assess and make recommendations based on individual needs and goals. I appreciated the thought and care that goes into each session. Coach EJ is so kind to accommodate my busy work schedule. I highly recommend this place!

A warm and friendly environment to work out at! Trainer is very experienced and takes her time getting to know the individuals in class. Workouts are difficult but bearable, gets your heart rate pumping. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing instructor who is certified and knows what she's doing! She teaches pilates, flying yoga, and other group fitness/personal training. The space is clean and you get a great workout. There is also a parking lot and residential parking nearby. Going again soon!
