I always find the people in the pharmacy very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are very efficient and from what I have seen, deal with the customers politely and with courtesy. Yes, the parking is difficult since there is a medical office building there and the parking lot is small but that is something we all have to deal with. This is a small town. People can also park behind the bank across the street.

So far I have only had great experiences here. The pharmacists are pleasant and professional and I don't have to wait long for prescription refills.Be nice to your local pharmacists. They usually don't have great working conditions and are often overwhelmed.

Zero is the correct rating for this Walgreens. Stay away the Manager there who is an Asian Male I didn't get his name very unprofessional and not willing to help out. Too bad all the Mom And Pop Pharmacy are no longer around these big box stores don't care enough.

This really is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. It's shocking to me that there is nothing else in the area. Understaffed, they close in the middle of the day for lunch (and for most people lunch is the best time to run out and do an errand), and everyone working there just seems miserable--so rude, so disaffected. Someone else should open a competitor. I'm kinda gratified to see so many one star reviews. It's not just me! They're terrible!

Never seem to find the pharmacy open!! I have a prescription sitting there for 5 days but no way of getting it because the pharmacist is sick and there is no replacement.. Walgreens can spend billions buying medical practices but with no staffing. They should shut this location down

UPDATE: They are now officially closed on the weekends - Saturday AND Sunday, in addition to being open until only 6pm Mon-Fri. This location should be shut down. I have transferred all my scripts out of here. Why even remain open the rest of the week? Walgreens Corporate couldn't care less - I have called multiple times only to be met with "what? We haven't heard that before". Yes, you have - I called 5 times to complain. What a joke.ORIGINAL: Absolute WORST pharmacy. Started out great. Went down hill VERY quickly. Use to be open until 9pm. Then 8pm. Now 6pm. Now they appear to close for ENTIRE weekends sometimes. Why? Short staffed? HIRE MORE PEOPLE. But I don't see that being a problem when they are open; there is usually 5-7 staff in the pharmacy. What the hell? Stay away. They cause more stress and angst, than they are helpful. Frustrating!!

Two prescriptions were sent by my doctor; on hold without a response; called again told to go to store in 90 minutes no notification that they did not have it and will not have for three days. Pharmacist and register clerk were not helpful. All they could tell me was I was given wrong information by call center that script would be ready in 90 minutes. Pharmacist tells me aloud that it's a controlled substance and cannot be transferred. Pharmacist lacked professionalism. I agree with another reviewer! Go to another pharmacy. They don't care about people at this store.

I was just verbally attacked by the pharmacist while trying to fill a Rx. I was in the middle of a transaction and Kim came over and said we're closed and she wasn't going to fill my Rx. she didn't try to help to discuss, she called the police on my because I asked to speak to her manager and ask for them to write it down. she was abusive from the second she stepped in front of the clerk at 6pm! I was very calm and trying to fill a Rx. look at the video feed! it's all recorded. please pull the feed, and don't record over it! it will show how awful I was treated. she should be fired! I will NEVER, step foot in that Walgreens again until she is fired!

Choose a different pharmacy. Walgreens in Dobbs Ferry always has a long line at the pharmacy. They are clearly understaffed and there is never a "smooth operation." I have been coming here for years and unfortunately nothing has changed.
