Our son is the second child that has attended The Little Red because we were so impressed with Anna a few years ago when our daughter was there. His verbal, behavioral and social skills have advanced incredibly since September. He is always talking about his friends, Mrs. M/Ms. Noelle and all of the things he has done that day. Anna has a different weekly theme which includes stories, arts and crafts, sensory bin, etc. The children not only work on their communication and behavioral skills, but also gross and fine motor skills as well. The class size is small with 6 children per 2 adults which allows the children to connect with each other and enhance their learning. Anna is also wonderful with potty training and will give advice on any issues/concerns you may have with your childs learning/behavior. We are sad that the school year is coming to an end because it means that our family’s time is up with Anna. I would not hesitate recommending TLR to anyone as it is a caring and enriching environment for your child.

We were so happy for making the decision to send our son to The Little Red 2's school in Dobbs Ferry. Our son has made major progress in his development through the school year. He listens to instructions at home and tells us everything they learned. We receive weekly pictures of our son from Ms. M and I honestly can't believe how much they pack in, in 2 hours! The classes are small so, your child will receive tons of 1:1 attention. Ms. M was very supportive and helped us through some of our sons behavioral issues and he got through it with her help! I honestly can't say enough about this school, you will not regret sending your child here.

My son is currently going here and it’s perfect! He always comes home with a new arts and crafts project, he’s making friends, learning things. I couldn’t be happier, and neither can he!

Little Red was the best decision and highlight of 2020 for our family and 20 month old. I can’t say enough good things on all fronts about this play school. My daughter has learned so much from her teachers, loved all her friends and would enroll her a million times over if I could!

The Little Red is everything you want it to be and more. My son is in the Turning 3s PlaySchool program this year and I couldn’t be happier with it. Anna is an incredible teacher and caretaker and family partner! She is amazing. The projects and prompts she does for and with the kids are so thoughtful. We love The Little Red!!!

Enrolling our son in Play School is the best decision we ever made! He loves it - doesn’t even stop to give me a kiss, just runs right in to play with his friends! His social and verbal skills are exploding and I think a lot of that is due to his time at The Little Red. The crafts and sensory experiences Ms. M sets up every class are amazing. It is obvious that she loves what she does and cares for each of the kids as if they were her own. If you’re on the fence about Play School - do it!!

Our little one has progressed and grown so much in her short time at Little Red. From teaching our child how to appropriately separate from us, to how to calm down by herself, to how to listen, Ms. M has created a space where our child can thrive. We can't recommend Play School enough. It is a great starter school that has helped out daughter prepare for the next step in schooling.

Anna runs the most thoughtful, fun, and engaging "Play School" for toddlers. We have been amazed at the projects our two-year-old comes home with and blown away each week by the photos we receive of him in action. I've been recommending it to all of my friends who have babies that are a little too young for a traditional 2s class, but old enough to love attending a program of their own.

We can’t say enough great things about Anna and The Little Red. Our daughter began play school when she was 18mns old and loved it from day one. She looks forward to going each time. Anna has a creative sensory bin, reading corner, role playing toys etc. Our daughter takes part in well thought out craft projects each week and is very proud to show everyone what she made. If you chose to send your child to TLR you will not be disappointed.

Hands down one of the best things we’ve done for our daughter! With each class we saw substantial progress in our daughter’s development especially her verbal skills and behavior. She went from refusing to let go of my leg the first time I brought her to The Little Red to forgetting to say goodbye because she was too excited to be in school and be with her friends and teachers. In addition to knowing that our daughter is in the best hands with Anna and her staff, we love The Little Red because of it’s small class size (it’s only 6 kids per 2 adults) and the enriching curriculum (every class consists of hands-on projects, story time, and other fun and explorative activities). Each week, we look forward to getting a short progress email from Anna with pictures of our daughter engaged in an activity and interacting with her classmates and teachers. We really can’t say enough about how incredible Anna and her program is. If you’re looking for an enriching experience for your little one, don’t hesitate to go with The Little Red!

My son just competed the toddler play school program, and he loved it. It was the perfect fit for him. His vocabulary and sk8lls have just exploded over the past few months. It was a great introduction to a learning environment to get him ready for the next step. Thank you Anna for running a wonderful program!

My 2 year old was enrolled in the toddler play school at The Little Red, and it was wonderful. Mrs. M and Rhea have created such a positive first “school” experience for my daughter. The lesson plans are creative and fun, and they have the kids constantly engaged each day. We couldn’t be happier!
