While there is some morning bus pick-up noise and occasional noise from the nearby movie theater, it is not extreme. The building features many amenities, including an awesome pool, a convenient gym or movement room, an athletic center with modern equipment, outdoor gas grills, a pet spa, and EV charging stations in the secured parking garage where parking is never a problem. Receiving packages is super easy. The entire building team receives high praise for being amazing, helpful, polite, genuinely friendly, and always going above and beyond. The management team is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive, truly caring about the residents. They help with monthly community activities. The maintenance team is quick to respond, super friendly, and handles everything right away. Overall, residents report a great experience and highly recommend The Danforth.
