Got charged 6$ for the water bottles in my room with red labels on them reading free complimentary water,not much money,just the sneaky tactics they pull,no one mentioned the breakfast ,ATM location,or indoor pool,oh yea and the $12 a day parking,didn't mind paying it but wasn't advised of it,kinda

I have been a Hilton customer for decades. This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Clean. Excellent, friendly service. It just happens to be at the right point for a long drive, found it totally serendipitously, a couldn’t be happier. Six stars! Also, don’t miss the center of Dobbs Ferry for some excellent dining. Breakfast at the Black Cat Cafe, a ten minute drive, was fantastic.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location within walking distance of coffee, dining and movies. Nice gym and pool.The downsides: $12/night parking and $27 for the same sort of breakfast you get for free in similar hotels elsewhere.Still, highly recommended

I love this location. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, very quiet area, multiple dining options, LOOK movie theater next door, Oasis Spa and Starbucks across the street. Lombardo’s Pizza - Italian Restaurant, Chipotle, Buddha Asian restaurant and more next door as well.The only temporary downside at the moment is that their indoor pool is closed for maintenance.

The hotel is nice and the room was quiet. However, they did not provide me with my Diamond status food allocation on the bill. This was also after they jacked the prices for the meals to $26 per person. Food was not worth the prices.Food & drinks: Breakfast is not worth the high prices.

I had a reservation Dec. 2-9. I extended my stay another week Dec. 9-16. I checked out the 9th, paid my balance and swiped my CC for the payment of the week Dec 9-16. I was given a new keycard for the same room so I would not have to pack and move rooms. On the night of Dec. 9th, 2023 at 11:36p.m. I was woken up abruptly by a man in civilian clothes banging loudly on the door. The banging was so loud I woke up terrified and disoriented. The man started demanding I opened the door. Said he was sent to remove me from the room since the room was supposed to be vacant. He angrily insisted I needed to get dressed and leave the room. I asked for the manager to please call my room, he said he was the manager. I later found out he was the food & beverage manager Omar, not the hospitality manager. A couple was coming in the hallway and looked at us like we were a bickering couple. Extremely embarrassing on top of the harassment. I gave him my last name and explained I had extended my stay. He left. About 5minutes later I got a call from Rasheed at the front desk. He went on and on yelling at me demanding I leave the room. This went on for long minutes to where I put the phone down to not hear his yelling and insults. I was harassed, terrified, insulted, humiliated and disrespected by these men. The harassment kept me from sleeping well for the rest of my stay. I had to go to urgent care and from urgent care they sent me to the ER. Still today 12/20/23, I wake up at night terrified and sweating in my own home. The anxiety and PTSD have wreaked havoc in my life. This was the worse experience ever I had in a Hotel; ever!

Rooms: My room was quite spacious and comfortable. The HVAC system was very noisy and worked hard to maintain the desired temperature setting.Food & drinks: They are currently serving breakfast only. The food was mediocre at best.Noteworthy details: Parking for oversized vehicles is a bit of a challenge and I was never informed that there was a nightly fee for parking, in spite of the fact that I was able to park in the hotel lot for just one night out of my 4 night stay.

I have no idea how anyone could complain about this hotel. Here's my experience:- Employees are friendly- Breakfast is great (my rate included breakfast and they make excellent omelettes)- Room is spotless- Beds are excellent- Hotel is very quiet- Plenty of free parking (ask for free permit at check-in)Couldn't be better!

I booked this hotel because of location, the indoor pool, and the availability of room service. When we arrived we found the pool had been out of order for days with no ETA for when it would be fixed. I was traveling with a young child so finding a hotel with an indoor pool and room service was important. We were told they stopped offering room service a while ago despite it being listed as a service on their website. Because I’m a diamond member we got an upgrade but the “upgraded” room only had one bed and a pullout couch rather than two beds as I had originally booked. Additionally, there were no extra pillows or blankets for the pullout couch so we couldn’t use it. So the upgrade as actually a downgrade. Thanks, Hilton. Basically, this hotel was a disaster because everything they had listed on the website, which is why we booked the room, was not actually available or working. Would not stay here again. Ever. Especially as a Hilton diamond member, I am not very happy and will be leaving this hotel early.Edit: There are also no hand towels in the bathroom. Not impressed at all.

In my opinion you can't get a better room for the price. The staff was kind and courteous and acknowledged you when you left and returned with small talk. Overall was an excellent experience and will return on my next trip.The room was visually clean and also smelled clean. the towels, sheets, blankets and pillow cases were bright white and clean.I only saw one bug which was 10ft from the main entrance and was not a roach. It was also stepped on so could have been dragged inside by someone's shoes.I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area. 30min ride or less to NYC under normal traffic conditions. However as with any driving during rush hour that same trip was 1hr and 20min but there's no avoiding it unless you plan around those hours of traffic congestion.Free HBO channels possibly other premium but didn't need them for my stay.Stores by hotelLOOK Dine in movie theaterSushi bar (name?)Smoothie kingStarbucksLombardo's Italian restaurantLiquor storeAll within 5min or less walk from the hotel with cell phone shop and other stores in the vicinity.Rooms: As stated in review they were clean and nicely designed/decorated with USB charging and plenty of wall plugs for electronics or whatever you need plugged in.Mini fridgeMicrowaveTV with HBO free of chargeClean white bathroom with spacious bath and wand shower head.Nearby activities: I went to the dine in theater and saw the movie "The Creator" was a great movie and the seats were leather electric reclining seats with a swivel tray for food and a cup holder for soda/adult beverages.

FRAUD! I booked the room online via my Hilton Honors app and went to check in. After checking in I asked where the pool was and I was told that the pool was closed for maintenance. As my wife and I wanted the pool, we decided to go to another property and asked to cancel the reservation. The desk told me that since the reservation was made online, they could not immediately refund that and it would be returned in a few days.The money was never returned to me, and when I contacted Hilton regarding this, the hotel manager stated they would NOT provide a refund because "I STAYED AT THE HOTEL AND USED THE ROOM." I never stayed at this hotel, and I never will again.
